His clients include HNWIs and international companies, and he focuses on ethics in taxation, tax planning, double tax treaties, corporate finance, international tax, and BEPS, among others. Demis has also penned several tax opinion letters, obtained tax rulings and acted as a key speaker on a wide array of tax topics.

Demis is a Chartered Accountant and he received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Hertfordshire University in the UK. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Tax Law from Oxford University.

Laszlo Kiss is the founder, owner and managing director of Discus Holdings Ltd., which was one of the official exclusive agents appointed by the Economics Committee of the Hungarian Parliament in 2013 to handle applications for the Hungarian Residency Bond Program.

Many in the international immigration and business community regard Mr. Laszlo Kiss as a leading authority and much-sought-after speaker on immigration, entrepreneurship, business and tax structuring in Central and Eastern Europe.

Laszlo has over twenty years of experience in international immigration, business and tax structuring. He founded OCRA (Eastern Europe) Ltd., which became the largest privately-owned consultancy firm in Hungary to offer tax and corporate structuring and immigration solutions in Hungary. After running the company as managing director he retired from the day-to-day management of the business in 2006, concentrating in private equity and real estate investments. He founded Discus Holdings Ltd., in 2013, a private company offering participation in the Hungarian Residency Bond Program.

Academically, Laszlo earned his Bachelor’s from the College of Hospitality and Tourism and his Master’s from the Budapest University of Economics. He became a certified tax advisor in 1990 and studied International Relations at the Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, USA. He has been a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) since 1994 and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2006, and works as the Treasurer of the Hungarian STEP Branch.
